In doing so, Inside uses Monitoring & Intelligence, Research, Reports, Strategic Advice, Issue Management and Profile Raising Events. 

Networking: A network of key individuals is put to the access of the client, in accordance to their objectives in entering a new market. The activity results in a range of solutions from finding the right business partner to reaching investors or raising awareness on a certain project, company or event.

Relationship Building: Following the adequate strategy in response to the needs of each Client, we prepare business meetings with targeted companies, institutions, and investors.

ADPA (African Diamond Producing Countries Association):

Served as the only consultancy firm for the establishment of the Association

  • Managed the establishment of the Association for our client Endama E.P., accompanying all the process from setting the legal framework to organising the first members meeting of the Association at Ministerial level
  • Built the strategy in enabling the involvement of 18 African countries as members of the Association.
  • Accompanied the signature of the declaration in 2006 by all the member countries.

ADPA is an intergovernmental organisation thatcountries have on the world diamond market.
